BA Psychology, MS Behavior Analysis, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (concentration on Acceptance and Commitment Teaching and Relational Frame Theory), and Certified Health Coach.

I pursued my graduate degree and certification in behavior analysis for two reasons: 1) I will always be a student of human behavior, and (2) I wanted to be in a position I could effectively support and advocate for the population with whom I felt so connected. I am passionate in ensuring all individuals are seen and celebrated for who they are, and that any care or support given leads to that person accessing more joy and peace in their life, as determined by only them.

I have over 12 years of experience in supporting young children of varied neurotypes and disabilities, as well as their families, in both teaching and coaching roles. I am dedicated to supporting neurodiverse families find collaborative strategies to support everyone’s well-being within the home. I also provide support for parents in finding qualified practitioners- those who truly understand neurodivergence and implement strategies that improve the child’s quality of life, NOT change who they are and/or shape them to what society deems “normal. In addition, I provide consulting for any practitioners interested in expanding their education on the neurodiversity paradigm and Autism. My coaching practice also provides specialized support for late-identified autistic adults through education, mindfulness, and community.

My passion for providing a holistic approach to support neurodivergent people is what has guided my studies and has led me to develop Mindful Behavior Analysis….applying a behavior analytic lens to identify meaningful contingencies, prioritizing skill building that promotes self-determination, and teaching the power mindfulness/awareness has in opening up our choices in how we interact with the world, no matter our age, strengths and challenges, or neurotype.
